Puff Adder!
At Kruger this past weekend, we came across the deadliest snake in Africa: the puff adder. Most people think of the black mamba first when they think of deadly snakes, and with good reason, but the puff adder causes the most deaths.

We stayed at Blyde Canyon River Lodge in Mpumalanga recently and enjoyed the sight of zebra grazing just off the porch where breakfast (included in our stay) was served. Just sharing a few sunset photos of saguaro cacti near Saguaro National Park in Tucson, Arizona, USA.
In the Northern Hemisphere, we would be celebrating today as “The first day of Spring.” We even call this day the “Vernal Equinox” or “Spring Equinox” (“vernal” means “Spring”). Okay, first let’s start with “equinox” so you at least know what I’m talking about, in case you weren’t raised by a family of geeks who … More Welcome to the First Day of…AUTUMN!?!?
