What Would You Say to an Author?

You guys are the best. I have been getting your questions and comments for our first author, Futhi Ntshingila, and I am really proud to send them to her. You guys really read and think like pros!

If you haven’t submitted your questions, you can still get them to me by midnight tonight. I’m sending everything to her at one time, tomorrow morning, so she can take a week to give you equally thoughtful replies. And next week, when the questions and answers are posted, I’ll also announce the winner of a signed copy of her book!!

In the meantime, I hope you’ve enjoyed these photos from readers. Talk about taking African literature global…literally!

If you haven’t already started on the next book, please get it ordered asap, because it does take a bit for these books to arrive to stock in the U.S. We will be reading Rusty Bell, and will need questions and comments for that one by mid-August.

Love, MarLa
