I haven’t had an Advent calendar in a long time, so when I remembered this Advent house, left for us by the previous tenant, I knew I wanted to do something fun with it for Kurt.

So I filled it with his favorite candies and other small edibles, of course, but also with holiday quotes and other slips of paper that I can’t tell you the contents of, since Kurt also reads the blog and I don’t want to spoil any surprises, but it’s a little combination of naughty and nice.
Each morning when he is getting ready to leave for work, he gets to open the date and take the contents.
And for me, all the fun is in filling the numbers and thinking of ways to surprise and delight him with something different.
Just thought I’d share my latest bit of dorky fun.
